Mike is originally from the Piedmont region in North Carolina. He has been guiding for over 15 years. He has placed in the top 5 in several calling contests varying from mainstreet, meat, and real duck categories. His passion is working birds for clients and providing the best hunting experience in Northeast Arkansas. He joined MLDC for the 2022-2023 season.

Austin is from NE Iowa, where he enjoys finishing and hunting in the summer and fall months before heading to Arkansas for the winter. He has been guiding for over 5 years in Arkansas. His favorite part about waterfowl hunting is getting to meet people from across the country and swapping stories.
